How your diet affects your arthritis.

Dietary considerations.
Keep in mind the following guidelines to help your arthritis:

A) If your arthritis is continuous, try to avoid eating any fried foods and animal fats, salty or sour food, peppers & tomatoes, and high carb foods like potatoes.

B) Constipation can aggravate arthritis pain, so foods which are hard to digest must be avoided.

C) Eating bitter vegetables in the morning may help. Also try having 5 cloves of garlic every morning after awakening.

 Helpful arthritis supplements.

Nutritional supplements to help you improve your mobility & protect your joints.

A) Take shark cartilage, MSM, Omega-3 Fish Oil, chondroitin sulfate & glucosamine on a daily basis. These are all widely regarded as effective natural treatments for arthritis.

B) SAM-e slows down joint deterioration & reduces pain.

C) Hyaluronic acid  and/or bromelain enzyme helps joints maintain flexibility.

D) Vitamin B-3 helps improve mobility (when taken daily).

E) Emu Oil is a good natural anti-inflammatory.

F) Supplement your diet with extra Vitamin B-5, n-acetyl-cysteine and Vitamin-E.

G) Minerals. To maintain bone health use Boron or Calcium. Copper can be used as a strengthening agent for connective tissues. Sulfur can be used to strengthen cartilage, ligaments & tendons. For bone growth Zinc and Manganese work best. NOTE: Do not use Manganese if you are also using Calcium - their effects will cancel each other out.
